Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix wild rice, chicken, soup, broth, vegetables, onion, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch dish, top with cheese, then breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter.
- Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 more until golden.
- Let cool briefly before serving. Enjoy!

For a creamier texture, add a splash of milk or cream before baking.
