Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash bananas and mix in honey, oil, and eggs.
- Add gluten-free flour and baking soda to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
