  • 1 cup cauliflower florets roasted and sauced
  • 1 cup spinach for stuffing
  • 4 oz cream cheese for cheese sauce and stuffing
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan for stuffing and sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream for cheese sauce
  • 2 tbsp mustard for cauliflower sauce
  • 2 cloves minced garlic for salmon and stuffing
  • 2 slices lemon for salmon packets
  • 2 tbsp butter for salmon and stuffing

Method
 

  1. Layer chicken breasts with ranch seasoning, turkey bacon, and cheddar; bake when ready.
  2. Cook beef slices and broccoli with ginger-garlic sauce; freeze portions.
  3. Roast cauliflower, then make cheese sauce with heavy cream, cheddar, and mustard.
  4. Combine ground beef, tomatoes, peppers, and spices; freeze in portions.
  5. Arrange salmon with garlic, lemon, and butter; seal and freeze.
  6. Stuff chicken breasts with spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, and Parmesan; roll and freeze.
  7. Layer ground beef, marinara, and cheese in a dish; freeze after baking.
  8. Stuff jalapenos with cream cheese and cheddar, wrap with bacon, and freeze.
  9. Mix beef and sausage with herbs and Parmesan, simmer in marinara, cool, and freeze.
