Meat
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 green onions sliced green onions
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain.
  2. Add onion, garlic powder, and ginger; cook until onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in soy sauce and coleslaw mix; cook until cabbage is tender.
  4. Drizzle sesame oil and top with green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or chili flakes.
