Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine chicken and vegetables in a bowl. Mix spices and oil, then toss everything to coat.
- Spray air fryer basket with oil. Add half of the mixture in an even layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway. Repeat with remaining mixture.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley and lemon if desired.

Ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) before serving.
