Method
- Place all ingredients in a freezer bag, seal, and freeze.
- Thaw overnight, then pour into the crockpot and cook on low for 6–8 hours.
- Shred the chicken, stir, and serve with toppings if desired.
- For stuffed peppers, combine cooked rice, marinara, cheese, and seasonings. Stuff peppers, freeze, then cook on low for 6–8 hours.
- Thaw, then cook in crockpot on low for 6–8 hours. Serve with sides.
