  • 6 pieces chicken thighs
  • 6 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 lb beef stew meat
  • 1 lb ground turkey, browned
  • 1 lb beef chuck roast, sliced
Sauces and Condiments
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
Vegetables
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) navy beans, undrained
  • 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, undrained
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 bell peppers chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Additional ingredients
  • 2 pieces red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
Dairy and Eggs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
Other
  • 1 can (14 oz) tomato puree or fresh homemade
  • 1 large sweet potato, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 3 lemons juiced
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Stuffed Peppers
  • 4 large bell peppers, tops removed and seeds scooped out
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a freezer bag, seal, and freeze.
  2. Thaw overnight, then pour into the crockpot and cook on low for 6–8 hours.
  3. Shred the chicken, stir, and serve with toppings if desired.
  4. For stuffed peppers, combine cooked rice, marinara, cheese, and seasonings. Stuff peppers, freeze, then cook on low for 6–8 hours.
  5. Thaw, then cook in crockpot on low for 6–8 hours. Serve with sides.
