  • 1 lb beef sausage for breakfast sandwiches
  • 6 pieces eggs for breakfast sandwiches
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 large bread rolls for sandwiches
  • 2 cups mixed berries for smoothies
  • 2 cups yogurt for smoothies
  • 1 package frozen pancake batter for pancakes
  • 1 dozen muffins bakery style
  • 1 pack homemade hot pockets frozen
  • 1 lb turkey ham for sliders and stromboli
  • 1 pack mini naan for mini pizzas
  • 2 cups chicken cooked and shredded for chicken pot pie and burritos
  • 1 cup marinara sauce for meatballs and subs
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese for meatballs and hot pockets
  • 1 lb ground beef for meatballs and sliders
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce for sliders
  • 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables for chicken noodle soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup for chicken noodle soup
  • 1 pack frozen ravioli for ravioli lasagna
  • 1 cup spinach for ravioli lasagna
  • 1 cup shredded cheese for ravioli lasagna

Method
 

  1. Cook sausage, scramble eggs, and assemble sandwiches with cheese and bread rolls. Freeze for easy breakfast.
  2. Blend berries and yogurt to make smoothies. Freeze in individual portions.
  3. Prepare pancake batter, cook pancakes, and freeze. Reheat as needed.
  4. Bake muffins, cool, and store in freezer. Reheat or serve at room temperature.
  5. Assemble hot pockets, freeze, and bake directly from freezer when ready to serve.
  6. Cook and shred chicken, assemble sliders and stromboli, then freeze. Reheat before serving.

Notes
