Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup hash browns
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup pasta cooked
  • 1 cup Mexican rice cooked
  • 1/2 cup green enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup broccoli chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup wild rice cooked
  • 1 lemon lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp tsp tarragon dried
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella shredded
  • 1/2 lb beef sausage cooked and sliced
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup three kinds of cheese cheese blend shredded
  • 1/2 cup chili Verde sauce
  • 1/2 cup artichokes chopped
  • 4 slices turkey turkey ham turkey ham sliced

Method
 

  1. Assemble tacos with fillings and cheese.
  2. Wrap in foil and freeze.
  3. Thaw overnight in fridge.
  4. Bake and serve.

Notes

Use pre-cooked chicken for quick assembly.
