Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika; coat chicken.
  3. Arrange chicken and vegetables on a baking sheet; roast 35-40 mins.
  4. Check for doneness; internal temp should reach 165°F (75°C).
