  • 1 batch quinoa
  • 2 cups tomatoes
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 2 carrots carrots
  • 1 cup pasta sauce
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 1 cup white beans
  • 4 cups broth
  • 2 bell peppers bell peppers
  • 2 zucchini zucchini
  • 4 tortillas tortillas
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 can green chilies
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup fresh lentils
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup fresh herbs
  • 1 avocado avocado
  • 1 cup smoked gouda cheese
  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1 spaghetti squash spaghetti squash
  • 1 cup pesto

Method
 

  1. Prepare all ingredients and assemble in freezer bags, then freeze flat.
  2. Label and freeze the meals for up to 3-4 months.
  3. Thaw in fridge before cooking or cook directly from frozen, adding extra time as needed.
  4. Cook and serve the meals, reheating as desired.

Notes

Use flat freezing to maximize storage space and ease of meal prep.
