Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Mix in tomatoes, beans, corn, spices, salt, and pepper. Add pasta and broth, stir well.
- Transfer to a greased dish, top with cheese, cover, and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 10-15 more minutes.
- Let cool briefly, garnish with herbs if desired, and serve.

Use gluten-free pasta to keep the dish gluten-free. Feel free to add your favorite herbs for extra flavor.
