  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and vegetables. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then top with shredded cheese if desired before serving.
