Ingredients
  

Bread and Dairy
  • 8-10 eggs eggs
  • 1 ½ cups half and half
  • to taste cheese shredded
  • to taste protein, like beef sausage cooked and crumbled
Other
  • bread cubes bread cubes for lining the pan

Method
 

  1. Line a 9×13” baking pan with bread cubes.
  2. Mix eggs with half and half and pour over bread.
  3. Add cheese and cooked protein on top.
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 18 minutes until set.

Notes

You can prepare this casserole the night before for an even easier breakfast.
