Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix cooked chicken, soup, sour cream, vegetables, cheese, rice, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch dish and top with crushed crackers mixed with melted butter.
- Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake 15-20 minutes until golden.
