  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cooked rice or pasta
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix cooked chicken, soup, sour cream, vegetables, cheese, rice, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch dish and top with crushed crackers mixed with melted butter.
  4. Bake covered for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake 15-20 minutes until golden.
  5. Let cool briefly before serving. Enjoy!
