Method
- Cook sausage until browned, then add frozen broccoli and cook until tender. Mix with cooked rice, sprinkle cheese, and stir until melted.
- Mix chickpeas, chopped cucumber, bell pepper, tomatoes, feta, and dress with vinegar and olive oil. Toss well and serve.
- Sauté onions, add diced tomatoes, lentils, potatoes, seasonings, and water. Simmer until lentils and potatoes are tender. Add spinach and cook briefly.
- Cook pasta, drain, and combine with pasta sauce. Transfer to a casserole dish, top with cheese, and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Cook pasta and steam broccoli. Drain, then toss with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.
- Cook chicken thighs in crockpot with water and seasonings. Shred cooked chicken, toss with BBQ sauce, and serve on toasted buns with veggies.
