Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
Fats & Oils
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Spices & Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper
Dairy
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and seasonings; cook until browned, 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add vegetables; sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat; stir in heavy cream and lemon juice.
  5. Top with cheese; cover until melted, 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
