Method
- Brown ground beef in a pot, drain grease.
- Add onion, cook until softened (3-5 minutes).
- Stir in taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes; simmer.
- Pour in beef broth and add pasta, stir well.
- Boil, reduce heat, cover, simmer 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat, stir in cream cheese until melted.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve with taco toppings.

Adjust taco seasoning to your preferred spice level.
