Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounces Egg Noodles
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 ¼ cup Milk
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet, breaking it up, until fully browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  3. Melt butter in the skillet, add flour, and whisk to make a roux for 2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add beef broth, whisking until thickened, then add milk and seasonings.
  5. Combine cooked noodles and browned beef into the skillet, stirring to combine.
  6. Stir in sour cream and serve hot with your favorite sides.
