Method
- Cook noodles according to package instructions; set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain excess fat and set aside.
- Melt butter, whisk in flour to make a roux, then gradually add beef broth and milk, stirring until thickened.
- Stir in seasonings, then add cooked noodles and beef; mix well.
- Remove from heat, stir in sour cream, and serve hot.
Notes
For a richer flavor, sauté some onions with the beef.
