- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix chicken, broccoli, quinoa, cheese, sour cream, broth, garlic, and onion in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to dish, top with bread crumbs and extra cheese if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbling. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and add extra cheese on top for more flavor.
