Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 1 cup uncooked pasta (any type)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  3. Add diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  5. Add cooked pasta to skillet, toss, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes
