Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly flour surface, unfold pastry, and gently roll thin.
- Cut pastry into 2-inch squares.
- Place squares into a mini muffin tin.
- Place a brie cube into each cup.
- Top each brie with 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce.
- Sprinkle nuts over cranberry sauce, if desired.
- Brush edges with beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and brie is melted.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a sweeter bite, use a flavored cranberry sauce or add a drizzle of honey after baking.
