Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets
  • 1 cup brie cheese cut into small pieces
  • 0.5 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg beaten egg for egg wash
  • to taste fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
  2. Place a piece of brie in each square, top with cranberry sauce.
  3. Fold corners over filling, pinch to seal, and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Brush with beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  5. Let cool slightly, then garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
