  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 24 ounce marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain well.
  3. Combine cream cheese, Parmesan, milk, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add spaghetti to the cream cheese mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Stir in the marinara sauce.
  6. Pour the spaghetti mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use a high-quality marinara sauce. You can also add cooked ground beef or sausage for extra protein.
