Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain well.
- Combine cream cheese, Parmesan, milk, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Add spaghetti to the cream cheese mixture and toss to coat.
- Stir in the marinara sauce.
- Pour the spaghetti mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use a high-quality marinara sauce. You can also add cooked ground beef or sausage for extra protein.
