Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C).
- If roasting whole, pierce squash and roast 30-45 minutes until tender.
- For cut-in-half method, slice squash, remove seeds, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and roast 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool slightly, then shred strands with a fork and serve with sauce or additional salt.
Notes
Use a fork to easily release the spaghetti-like strands after roasting.
