Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mash bananas, then mix with oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients and fold into wet mixture.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 65-70 minutes.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
