Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 pieces chicken thighs
Sauces and Condiments
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
Vegetables
  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 15 oz navy beans, undrained
  • 1 can 15 oz cannellini beans, undrained
  • 1 can 15 oz corn, drained
  • 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 piece onion, diced
  • 2 pieces bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Additional ingredients
  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
Dairy and Eggs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
Meat and Protein
  • 1 lb pound beef stew meat
  • 1 lb pound ground turkey, browned
  • 1 lb pound beef chuck roast, sliced
Vegetables for Stuffed Peppers
  • 4 large bell peppers, tops removed and seeds scooped out
  • 1 large sweet potato, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients in a freezer bag, seal, and freeze.
  2. Thaw overnight, then pour into a crockpot and cook on low for 6–8 hours. Shred chicken before serving.
  3. Combine ingredients for stuffed peppers, freeze, then thaw and cook in crockpot on low for 6–8 hours. Serve with toppings.
