Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
Shells
  • 8 pieces taco shells
Vegetables & Dairy
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickles
  • 1/4 cup special sauce

Method
 

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Warm taco shells as per package instructions.
  4. Fill shells with seasoned beef, then top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, pickles, and sauce.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a healthier option, use low-fat cheese and reduce the sauce amount.
