Method
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion. Cook until beef is browned and onion is softened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
- Spread a layer of special sauce on each tortilla. Top with ground beef mixture, lettuce, and cheddar cheese. Add dill pickle slices, if desired.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the special sauce.
