Ingredients
  

Special Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp onion powder
Wrap Ingredients
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices optional
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion. Cook until beef is browned and onion is softened. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Warm tortillas according to package directions.
  4. Spread a layer of special sauce on each tortilla. Top with ground beef mixture, lettuce, and cheddar cheese. Add dill pickle slices, if desired.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the special sauce.
