- Pat fillets dry and rub with seasoning.

- Combine mango, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Serve fish with lime juice, mango salsa, and lime wedges.
Notes
For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of cayenne pepper in the blackened seasoning.
