  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
  2. Mix olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the garlic mixture.
  4. Place the chicken on the griddle and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken during the last few minutes of cooking.
  6. Remove from the griddle and let rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the garlic mixture for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
