Ingredients
  

Dough and Topping
  • 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls from the tube
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 4 large eggs eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese frosting (from the cinnamon rolls)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch dish.
  2. Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and layer with blueberries in the dish.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup; pour over layers.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and golden.
  5. Drizzle with cream cheese frosting and serve warm.

Notes

For a healthier option, use reduced-fat cream cheese frosting.
