Blueberry Swirl Yogurt Bites

These healthy frozen snacks are perfect for a quick and refreshing treat. The combination of creamy Greek yogurt and sweet blueberry swirl makes them irresistible!

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt non-fat or low-fat
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional

Method
 

  1. Blend blueberries, 1 tablespoon honey/maple syrup, and lemon juice (if using) until smooth.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt with the remaining 1 tablespoon of honey/maple syrup.
  3. Spoon a layer of yogurt into silicone molds or a mini muffin tin lined with paper liners.
  4. Drizzle a spoonful of the blueberry mixture on top of the yogurt.
  5. Use a toothpick or knife to swirl the blueberry mixture into the yogurt.
  6. Repeat layers until molds are filled.
  7. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until solid.
  8. Remove from molds and store in a freezer-safe bag or container.

Notes

For easier removal, let the bites sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
