Method
- Blend blueberries, 1 tablespoon honey/maple syrup, and lemon juice (if using) until smooth.
- Mix Greek yogurt with the remaining 1 tablespoon of honey/maple syrup.
- Spoon a layer of yogurt into silicone molds or a mini muffin tin lined with paper liners.
- Drizzle a spoonful of the blueberry mixture on top of the yogurt.
- Use a toothpick or knife to swirl the blueberry mixture into the yogurt.
- Repeat layers until molds are filled.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until solid.
- Remove from molds and store in a freezer-safe bag or container.
Notes
For easier removal, let the bites sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
