Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add ground meat, cook until browned.
- Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix cooked pasta with meat sauce, transfer to baking dish. Top with cheeses.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, use less cheese or leaner meat.
