  • 1 pound bow tie pasta
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Add the cooked pasta, red onion, green bell pepper, black olives, cherry tomatoes, and parsley to the bowl.
  4. Toss to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, ensure the Parmesan cheese is vegetarian-friendly. You can also add other vegetables like cucumber or carrots.
