Ingredients
  

Dairy & Eggs
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup cups Greek Yogurt
Grains & Legumes
  • 1 cup cups Oats
Fruits & Vegetables
  • 1 cup cups Fruits Mixed berries or sliced bananas
Healthy Fats & Seeds
  • 2 tbsp tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp tablespoon Almond Milk
Proteins
  • 1 scoop scoop Protein Powder
Additional Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup cups Liquid Sweetener
  • 1/2 cup cups Nuts Chopped

Method
 

  1. Mix eggs, Greek yogurt, oats, chia seeds, almond milk, and sweetener.
  2. Fold in fruits and nuts.
  3. Pour mixture into a baking dish and top with additional nuts if desired.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes until set and golden.
  5. Let cool slightly, then serve warm or chilled.

You can customize with your favorite fruits and nuts for variety.
