Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unfold puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Spread brie evenly over half of the pastry.
- Spoon cranberry sauce over the brie.
- Fold pastry over brie and cranberry. Press to seal.
- Cut out Christmas tree shapes.
- Place trees on the baking sheet.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, then garnish with rosemary and pomegranate.
- Serve warm.
Notes
For a sweeter treat, add a drizzle of honey after baking.
