Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line baking trays with parchment.
- Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
- Cream butter and brown sugar until light. Add vanilla and eggs, mixing well.
- Combine dry ingredients with wet, then stir in oats.
- Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheets, bake for 11-13 minutes until edges are golden.
Notes
For softer cookies, bake for the shorter time; for crunchier, bake longer.
