  • 1 cup white rice cooked
  • 0.5 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup vegetables mixed veggies
  • 1 cup cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam cauliflower until tender, then combine with cooked chicken, rice, vegetables, and mushroom soup.
  3. Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with shredded cheese.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving or freezing.

Notes
