  • 4 pieces tortilla for wraps
  • 4 tablespoons caesar dressing
  • 2 cups cooked pasta cooled
  • 1 cup mozzarella shredded
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic dressing
Salads and Sides
  • 1 cup cucumber salad
  • 1 cup fruit salad
  • 1 cup chips for serving
Protein Additions
  • 1 cup grilled chicken sliced
  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Method
 

  1. Spread caesar dressing on a tortilla, add sliced grilled chicken, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and balsamic dressing. Roll and slice into pieces.
  2. Prepare a pasta salad with cooled pasta, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and balsamic dressing. Serve with cucumber salad and chips.
  3. Mix tuna with mayo and mustard, add chopped pickles and celery. Serve in lettuce leaves or as a side.
