  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker crumbs for topping Optional

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry strawberries. Hull them to create a cavity.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Transfer mixture to a piping bag.
  4. Pipe the cream cheese mixture into the strawberries.
  5. Optional: Dip in graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, use fresh, ripe strawberries and ensure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing.
