  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • graham cracker crumbs or mini chocolate chips for garnish Optional

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry strawberries. Cut off tops and hollow out centers.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Transfer mixture to a piping bag.
  4. Pipe filling into strawberries.
  5. Optional: Dip in graham cracker crumbs or sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
