- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook macaroni until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet; drain excess fat.
- Mix in tomato sauce, milk, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add macaroni and 1 cup cheese; stir to combine. Transfer to baking dish, top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool briefly before serving.
Notes
For a crunchier topping, add extra breadcrumbs before baking.
