  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets

  • 6 large eggs eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional) optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté broccoli in olive oil until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder in a bowl.
  4. Mix in broccoli and cheddar cheese, then pour into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden. Sprinkle Parmesan if using.
