Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook rice in vegetable broth until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Steam broccoli until tender, 5-7 minutes.
- Mix cooked rice, broccoli, cheese, soup, milk, spices, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a greased dish.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of paprika or hot sauce.
