Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Milk preferably whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. Steam or boil cauliflower until tender, then drain.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter, then whisk in milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix cauliflower with cheese and pour the sauce over.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish, top with extra cheese if desired, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can add a breadcrumb topping for extra crunch.
