Method
- Steam or boil cauliflower until tender, then drain.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, then whisk in milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mix cauliflower with cheese and pour the sauce over.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with extra cheese if desired, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
You can add a breadcrumb topping for extra crunch.
