Method
- Cook pasta until al dente, reserve 1/2 cup water, then drain.
- Brown beef in a skillet with oil, then add garlic, onion, chili flakes, Worcestershire, tomato paste, parsley, and pasta water. Simmer 8-10 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and 1 cup mozzarella, top with remaining cheese, cover, and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Use fresh parsley for best flavor and adjust salt to taste.
