- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in rice, beef broth, mushroom soup, salt, pepper, and paprika; bring to a boil, then simmer 5 minutes.
- Transfer to baking dish, cover, and bake 25 minutes. Remove foil, top with cheese, and bake 10-15 minutes until melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For a creamier texture, let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving.
