Ingredients
  

Meat
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper as desired

  • chopped parsley or green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in cream cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Whisk eggs with heavy cream. Spread beef mixture in a greased dish, pour egg mixture over, then sprinkle cheese.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until set and golden. Cool slightly and garnish if desired.
