- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
- Whisk eggs (or chickpea flour mix), stir in cheese and veggies, then pour into muffin cups. Bake 15–18 mins.
- Cook pasta; sauté veggies, then combine with cooked chicken, tomato sauce, and lentils. Toss with pasta and serve.
- Layer yogurt, berries, and granola in cups; drizzle with honey if desired.
- Assemble tortillas with cheese, beans/chicken, veggies; cook on skillet until crispy. Cool and cut into wedges.
- Mix oats, milk, apples, cinnamon, and chia seeds; refrigerate overnight. Serve cold or warmed.
